Trekking for Gaza and Donkeysaddle Projects

As you read this, Donkeysaddle Projects founder Jen Marlowe is currently embarking on a 450 mile hike through the Continental Divide Trail (CDT). This is her eighth annual quest to raise critically needed funds for our Palestine Grassroots Distribution Project (PGDP), and Donkeysaddle Projects as a whole.

Given the escalated genocide in Gaza, this year’s fundraising hike is more important than ever. Donkeysaddle Projects’ commitments to families impacted by the horrific violence has deepened and expanded greatly. So many people are counting on us. Not only do we continue to support Abdallah, Mohamad, Misk, and the Awajahs; we are now also supporting multiple other families in Gaza, and providing diapers and milk to families with babies.

We have also helped evacuate 85 people to Egypt, and are providing ongoing support to many of them as well. We continue to provide medical care, rent support, and school fees as they navigate their new reality.

Your donations to the fundraising campaign will allow Donkeysaddle to continue to offer these lifelines. At the same time, it will provide funds for our fight against state violence. This work could not be more urgent.
